The coffee aficionados at the Bean Brewding blog recently took some time to enjoy the deliciousness of Beerspresso and had an excellent suggestion for brewing; cold brew. I had heard of cold filtered coffee, but this procedure is simpler than first suspected. All you need is a tea strainer or French press and some cold water. Just add water, and let it soak for 24 hours. Here’s a photo of ours in action; it’ll be ready to drink tomorrow! We added a little extra water because we expect the grain to absorb a good amount of water. Happy Friday!
