Brewing Beerspresso Cold Brew

Pic of Beerspresso malt coffee cold brew and bagThe coffee aficionados at the Bean Brewding blog recently took some time to enjoy the deliciousness of Beerspresso and had an excellent suggestion for brewing; cold brew. I had heard of cold filtered coffee, but this procedure is simpler than first suspected. All you need is a tea strainer or French press and some cold water. Just add water, and let it soak for 24 hours.¬†Here’s a photo of ours in action; it’ll be ready to drink tomorrow! We added a little extra water because we expect the grain to absorb a good amount of water. Happy Friday!
