Digital Meat Thermometer


This is a fancy electronic digital kitchen meat thermometer so you can cure your meat to perfection. Your bacon should be cured at 100-115C and internal temp should hit 68-70C in the oven.

Precise to a tenth of a degree (0.1) and quite responsive.

FYI, use this to sample the temperature of your bacon. Not to be left in the oven!
